You need to do a decent trek/climb for about a kilometer from the entrance gate and it may take more than 1 hour to reach the falls. 

It is best if you are very careful while trekking as the trekking path is slippery. And this place is only suitable for young tourists.

2. Gudisa Hill Station Meredumilli

Gudisa Hill Station is 120 km from Rajahmundry; It is 40 km from Meredumili and takes about 2 hours to reach Gudisa hill station.

Note  : Food is not available in Gudisa, so don’t forget to take your food and water while starting the journey to Gudisa hill station or take your things to prepare food like sticks, stove, water and other necessary food items.

3. Jaltarangini Falls

Jaltarangini Waterfall is a stunning waterfall that is perfect to visit with family with kids and friends.

It also has natural rock formations in various sizes and shapes, and most tourists will love to click photos at these places, some people will even get their photographers to click incredible images.

Jaltarangini water fall is about 7 kilometers from Meredumilli bus stop and near Rajahmundry, which is about 85 kilometers.

To reach this waterfall, you need to walk about 100 meters from the entrance.

The rocks are slippery and the hiker should exercise caution while reaching the falls.

There are lots of monkeys roaming around the falls, you should be very careful while eating or preparing food.

The water of Mothugudem falls is pure and crystal clear. If one of your belongings falls under the water, you can see it very clearly and retrieve it quickly. You can swim in this water for refreshment. You can also see some fishes and colored stones under the water.

6. Rampa Falls

The waterfall is located at a distance of 3.4 km from Rampachodavaram village, and it takes only 10 minutes to reach from this village, which is 28.4 km from Meredumilli.

It is one of the best waterfalls in East Godavari district, a cascade of 50 feet throughout the year, a great destination for families and friends.

To reach the falls, you need to trek over natural rocks and steps built by Andhra Pradesh Tourism Department which may take 20 to 30 minutes.

On the way to the waterfall is a naturally formed Shiva temple, it is a famous temple and is 100 years old, and local people believe that Lord Shiva will fulfill all the wishes of people, people say that Alluri Sita Ram Raju worshiped this. Lord when he visits this place.
